In this course, you’ll learn which foods commonly trigger allergies, how to recognize an allergic reaction, what to do in an emergency situation, and classroom practices to keep all children safe.  

This course meets minimum standards requirement for Food Allergy Emergency Plan, effective September 1, 2016 — pre-service training for new child care employees as well as annual training for teachers and directors.
